Mostly what we feared to do is something we ought to do.

Nothing comes easy

We wish we could have a chance to do many things. Life's too short to waste time doing nothing and working like a slave compensates the earlier dilemma. However, doing something is better than squashing water.I don't understand persons, if there were, satisfied watching hands of the clock passed the hours and will be off the work at exact time. It seems like they just go to work just for the paycheck and nothing more. They don't mind the quality their providing as long as they got paid. We are wondering why the workplace don't reflects our values.

If you are the person which I mentioned earlier, I't's time to reflect on what you want. Aren't you happy with your current job and doing it everyday will consume you. Just think about it, Isn't it time to quit?

Not quite sure? Consider the following checklist.

Ship is sinking

First in the list is something primarily not concerning your feelings. If your company is experiencing downward sales, start losing customers and heard rumors of bankrupcy and closure. No second thoughts to abandon ship.

Horrible Boss

If your relationship with you manager is beyond repair. May you done untrustworthy thing, breaking lots of rules that turned your image unrepairable.

All work, no fun

Hillary Clinton said that don't be confuse with having a career with having a life. No matter what changed, may responsibility became stressful and getting to work became dreadful. Quit your job.

Ethics are out of sync

If your employer is stealing money from his employees, cheats and lies with your customer. If your company doesn't have same value you better to leave that place.

Make your own plan

Whatever your decision maybe, to quit or not to quit, bear in mind that you are the pilot of your destiny. You are in control of your decisions and be responsible for it. If you quit find an ideal job for you and serve your employer right. If you'd stay, I'll tell you what Jim Rohn said, "If you dont design your own life plan, chances are you'll fall into someone else plan. Guess what they have for you, Nothing much!"

Well said Selriel. I have worked in few countries but stayed the course with few employers.

Times have changed now as people end to change jobs often. I have sort of drawn pension by way of salaries doing the same job over and over again but then I had reasons - maybe, even no one would adequately take over what I was doing!

It is better to change jobs often as one is taken advantage of if we stay too long - siva
