What a very disgusting thought that being a non-degree individual is really a very hard thing. Especially in looking for a good job. But at the end of the day, results would be very unexpected and will surely make me happy.

A non-degree individual, is capable of handling professional jobs.

Ever since, when I was just a li'l kid, I had a very big ambition in life. Those includes being a professional nurse someday, and would carry the weight of my parents. As time passes by, people changed, and due to some circumstances on life, I didn't noticed that i was going the wrong path. It was my teenage life, during my adolescent stage, where in my father was used in making some mistakes in our family. We had been through many hardships and trials. My father had a 3rd party. It all messed up everything. I was so desperate and discouraged about life. And i was decieved by my emotions during those times. We were do down and we felt like there's no tomorrow.

Until the day I had an early responsibilities. I married my boyfriend and we had a daughter. I thought that being in an early relationship would help me from being so depressed. Yes! Happiness flowed over my face when my daughter was born. I had continous relationship with my husband. As years gone by, Im starting to think about the future of my daughter. How will we able to have a good living if I will not have a good job? Ofcourse, we cannot live only for today, we have to consider tomorrow and for the days to come
My husband was an ex-overseas filipino worker, but from the time he came back home, he never had the chance again to be employed because his mother got critically sick and needs to be cared of. So, being his wife, I understand his position right now. But being able to work, I have decided to take my first step. I decided to move to manila and try to apply for a call center position. What made me so determined about the job was because we really need money. Call center companies pays high, so what i did was to try and try and try. Along the way, there was many of rejections to me, and their reason was because i need to be atleast 2 years in college. So, i was only 1 year in college and was not able to continue my studies from then. But still, i tried and tried. I always bear in my mind that i can do it. I am capable of this job. I want to prove that I can be in this type of industry even without diplomas neither professional certificates. Until there is this one company, who hired me. I've passed all their exams and interviews. And luckily had my contract signed. I was very happy that time because despite my educational background, I still got one. It only proves that its not all the time about your lack of education, because sometimes its all about how you work for it. The determination you have. And comittment for the job.

Happy for you that your persistence paid off in the end.

I have seen those who are not qualified for a job become bosses and employ others! So, where there is a will, there is a way! siva
