Simple things to keep in mind when writing your resume.

When writing your CV..

There are a few things you should remember when writing up your CV (Resume). They are all basic things, that you may forget about since you may be used to doing them when writing.

When writing your CV -

1. Don't forget to include: Your full name, a number to reach you at, and a current email. Depending on what the CV is for, you can include a head shot.

2. Bold the heading titles. The main headings are : Objective/Career Goal, Work History, Education History and Qualifications.

3. Don't go into detail about everything. That is what the interview is for. Keep your CV under 2 pages.

4. SAVE frequently. - Be on the safe side, and save when you can. You don't want anything happening and to lose your CV in the middle!

As a side note, I always print off a few copies of my resume to take with me to interviews.
