in professional life,it is inevitable to avoid mistakes ,so here are some few techniques which will help us to know how to behave at the work place and how to deal with difficult situations which will arise in the work environment

admit mistakes

we may commit certain mistakes knowingly or unknowingly at work place which may create negative remarks on us.but we should admit our mistakes.and see that they are not repeated again in the future course of time.

try to be prompt at work

be sincere and work hard and try to complete the work you have been assigned in time
which shows your commitment towards the work and will help you to be in the good books of senior officials and the management at the work place

be optimistic

try top be optimistic and don't get disheartened when your work is not rewarded and when you are not recognized among your fellow work mates,try to be patient,and wait for your turn to come with patience as patience will always be rewarded.

be ready to face challenges

be ready to shoulder challenges as it always gives you the unique opportunity to showcase your talents,skills and your core competencies to every one at the work place which helps you to stand outside the crowd

ask for help

this is a healthy habit to seek the help of your colleagues to learn about something which you don't know as it shows your eagerness,curiosity and thrust to learn new things for others at the work place and introduce you to be as a modest person.

Have good work ethics and know what you stand for when you work and of course never belittle fellow colleagues, managers, subordinates and peers. Above all, work with precise dedication that no one else can point a finger at. BTW, I talk what is needed not what is wanted, want is a choice.
Personal experience.
